Turmeric lattes are slowly growing popular, you can even get them in Starbucks now! This recipe is vegan, low calorie and so full of flavour. Turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and coconut oil are all packed with benefits and vitamins to help your heart. This recipe is easy to make and only takes a few minutes.
ingredients (for one mug):
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
brown sugar for taste (optional)
1. Heat up your almond milk in a saucepan on a low temperature until simmering
2. Add all of your other ingredients
3. Mix well and let simmer for about 3 minutes
4. Serve in your favourite mug and enjoy!
